Wayne and Matthew Barcewski are the embodiment of Colorado
custom and semi-custom homebuilders. 45 years of combined
experience along the Northern front range, enables us to produce
quality homes for competitive prices in a timely manner.
Wayne Barcewski: 2nd Generation Homebuilder, Business
Manager
Following his parents into the industry, Wayne began
building his first homes in the early 1970’s. Working with
his
father he developed a unique understanding of techniques and
business practices necessary to succeed in the home building
industry. While attending university Wayne added the skills of
drafting, design, and marketing to his wide repertoire. Around
the same time he met and married his wife Beth, they have now
been married for over 39 years. The couple moved to the
Longmont/Berthoud area in 1975 to raise their two children and
establish a premier homebuilding company.
Matthew Barcewski: 3rd Generation Homebuilder,
Project Manager
Matthew grew up and attended school in the
Longmont/Berthoud area, continuing with higher education in Ft.
Collins. Naturally he committed to a career in homebuilding in
1997. Matthew met his wife Melissa in high school, they have
been married for over 8 years, and are raising their two
children not far from where he grew up.
In 2004 they combined their talents to form Wisdom Homes Inc.
and raise the bar for custom homebuilders in Colorado. Together
they have been able to form a successful partnership in an ever
changing business.
